Shipping Policy
Our pieces are built from heavy-gauge American steel. Because of this weight, standard parcel delivery isn't an option. We ship via LTL Freight to ensure your statement piece arrives safely. You will receive tracking information as soon as your piece leaves the forge.
Returns & Craftsmanship
Because each piece is hand-built and heavily influenced by freight costs, all sales are final once shipped. Custom commissioned pieces are strictly non-refundable. However, our craftsmanship is guaranteed. If there is a structural defect in our welding or materials upon arrival, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
